Chicory,known for its antacid properties has complemented South Indian coffee since ages , rounding out bitterness and adding a nutty, sweetness of its own. Carefully selected single origin primary grade Arabica and Robusta washed coffees blend with a small amount of chicory to extract a melange of classical flavours. The quality of the raw material further amplifies the flavour profile of a traditional blend. This blend built for a brass filter and a steel tumbler.leans into that tradition
