- The order has been received in poor, damaged or mutilated condition
- The items you have ordered do not match with what was delivered.
- Please reach out immediately by email to help@1989motleybrew.com, mentioning the order number and the nature of complaint.
- We would appreciate you reaching out to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If possible share photographs with your complaint.
- On hearing from you, our delivery partner will arrange to pick up the order and send it to us for review and inspection by the Quality Control team within 48 hours.
- On hearing from the Quality Control team, all costs associated with the purchase will be reimbursed directly to the customer using the same medium of payment to prevent fraud.
- Alternatively, you will get a replacement, should you wish to.
