Returns & Refund Policy

  • However, in the rare event of you not being satisfied, we will offer you a full refund subject to the following
  • The order has been received in poor, damaged or mutilated condition
  • The items you have ordered do not match with what was delivered.
  • Please reach out immediately by email to, mentioning the order number and the nature of complaint.
  • We would appreciate you reaching out to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If possible share photographs with your complaint.
  • On hearing from you, our delivery partner will arrange to pick up the order and send it to us for review and inspection by the Quality Control team within 48 hours.
  • On hearing from the Quality Control team, all costs associated with the purchase will be reimbursed directly to the customer using the same medium of payment to prevent fraud.
  • Alternatively, you will get a replacement, should you wish to.


Should you receive a package that looks damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not take delivery of the product.
