A relatively young entrant into the world of coffee, Sikkim coffee is primarily grown by small farmers comprising the Lepcha tribe. A rare coffee, the Arabica plants are primarily of Arusha type, originally found in the Mount Meru and Arusha plains of Tanzania, and are unique to Sikkim currently with no other area in India growing the same.
The misty mountains with their alpine terroir and organic ways of cultivation ensure a unique highgrown coffee like none other.
Medium roasted to elevate its highgrown flavour profile, this is a special organic coffee, one which will be truly appreciated by a discerning connoisseur of coffee.
