Cold Brew involves steeping the tea over a period of time to extract maximum flavours. By not adding hot water, it is said, one can extract the maximum benefits of tea.
Sometimes the best things are best left alone, however, these teas can also take a spot of milk, if desired. When cold brewed, they pair very well with citrus. One-part orange juice, to two to three parts cold brewed tea makes for a refreshing drink. Lemon juice is another excellent additive to both hot and cold tea.
Light snacks like sandwiches, tarts, and croissants pair well.
Very high in catechins, and flavonoids, both known to fight free radicals, and improve metabolism. These teas are best brewed without any additives like milk or sugar, and so are *zero calorie teas*, but it can also be had with a ‘spot’ of milk
